Has life with anxiety become unmanageable?
Maybe your anxiety is keeping you from doing things that once brought you a lot of joy, or perhaps it is negatively affecting your ability to interact with others. You may be struggling to leave the house or do simple day-to-day activities, or simply feel exhausted and embarrassed much of the time. Perhaps you’re thinking, “I don’t want to feel like this anymore.”
Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impact of this in every facet of your life:
- Struggling to stay focused and productive at work
- Feeling tired and overwhelmed most of the time
- Finding it difficult to function in your life and relationships
Anxiety Therapy can help
It may feel impossible now, but you can have a life free of anxiety. You can feel secure and happy. You can have healthy, fulfilling relationships. And I can help you get there.
Anxiety Therapy helps you do three things:
- Identify the underlying thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and urges that are causing your anxiety
- Learn how to think about your anxiety in ways that will help you overcome it rather than perpetuate it or make it worse
- Learn how to face and effectively deal with difficult thoughts, emotions, and urges so you can live your life with confidence, courage and compassion.
I’ll help through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to anxiety comes from a place of hope: Knowing that anxiety doesn’t have to dominate the rest of your life, that there is a way out.
You don’t have to live life feeling defeated and overwhelmed.
I can help you get to where you really want to be.

FAQs about Therapy
Q: What are your online therapy sessions like?
A: My top priority as a therapist is to provide safe space in which you can feel comfortable talking about whatever you need to talk about. I want you to feel empowered to take therapy sessions where they need to go. Typically, therapy sessions will include learning and practicing meditation, and learning other concepts, techniques, and tools that will help you be successful in getting “unstuck” and moving forward in your life.
Q: How long do I need to be in therapy?
A: There is no “cut and dried” answer for this question. It depends on several different factors including the severity of your issues, how open you are to hearing ideas that are new to you, and how committed you are to doing things that can help you heal and have a better life. On average, my clients complete between 5 and 15 sessions. However, just know that every person is different and has different needs, so that may or may not be the case for you.
Q: How do I know if this type of therapy will work for me?
A: While I can’t make any guarantees, what I can say is that the concepts, tools, and practices you will learn in therapy are supported by research and have been used by many behavioral health professionals to help thousands of people throughout the world. I have specialized training in the treatment of anxiety.
Q: How do we get started?
A: I invite you to contact me for a free consultation or to schedule it yourself by using the “Book Appointment” button below.
